Refund policy

Returns

• Customers will have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Dime VVS must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify.
• Opened or used fragrance will be considered final sale.
•  Customers will be responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
• Original shipping charges will be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
• Damaged or incorrect orders will be handled separately, with an appropriate replacement or refund provided.
