ORDERS & SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

At launch, Nine Oh Scents ships exclusively within the United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for delivery, depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our control.
How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link provided to follow your package’s delivery status.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order has been placed, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests before the order enters processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fragrance that has been opened or used, including if you decide the fragrance is not for you. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Nine Oh Scents within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please keep the damaged product and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

GENERAL

What does Dime VVS mean?

“Dime” is my nickname, while “VVS” references the high clarity grade of a diamond. Together, the name combines the personal with the diamond-inspired identity of the fragrance.
